By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in Zermatt, had much fun and met really kind and polite staff that provides exceptional service. Had marvellous location close to restaurants and bars, metres from Papperla Pub.

The spa and wellness area were a highlight, particularly the high-pressure water jets in the pool with an very nice way to unwind after skiing.
The breakfast selection was great but could benefit from more vegetarian options to cater to diverse dietary preferences.

Extremely friendly personal staff. Room renovation ingeniously succeeded! Very authentic ambience, the guest is the king. Wonderful lighting concept in the room. Breakfast with many local products.

View was absolutely fabulous, breakfast was enjoyable, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. I asked for superior room, it was new-fashioned and functional. The bathroom here was clean. Location: the hotel was near restaurants as well as the hill. It also was in the property's taxi. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Zermatt.

The staff were wonderfully friendly, gave great advice and were always welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was a great way to relax weary muscles after a day of climbing.

The location is perfectly quiet yet close to the center. The breakfast was a daily delight with its fresh homemade pastries and a fantastic selection. The wellness facilities really aided in recovering after skiing!
A coffee machine in the room would enhance the experience,, a small touch, made a difference.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff
Breakfast not 4* it was adequate but needs more choices . Only needs a little more fruit pastries etc. Bar stopped serving at 10.30 no atmosphere for evening drinks.
